The “Enrollments” tab in the NCVPS Registration System is where student roster information resides. By clicking on the enrollments tab, then clicking on the “Export to Excel” option (at top of data displayed), depending on the choice from the drop down, will determine your data report outcome.-Choosing “spring 2010” will report all spring semester (block) enrollments only.
-Choosing “rolling” will report any Credit Recovery enrollments only.
To get the Year Long enrollments, and an all inclusive list of enrollments, (YL, block & CR) use the “Reports” tab – and refer to the data on the latest grade or progress report.
